AMS 2 Pro Internal Hub Assist Tension

We’ve all been there: You’re in the middle of a project when your AMS 2 Pro stops feeding, and you open it up, only to find a snapped tension arm. I designed this because I didn't want to wait. My own unit is under warranty, but I wasn’t willing to let my printer sit idle for weeks while waiting for a replacement hub to ship.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS (Highly recommended. PLA will "creep" or deform under the constant spring tension over time).
• Walls: 4-6 for maximum structural integrity.
• Infill: 40% - 100%.
