Miele C3 Complete cord retractor stopper wheel

The wheel that acts as a cam to stop the cord winder mechanism until the retract button is pushed eventually wears down or breaks thus preventing the cord from staying unwound.

I used Bambu ASA for the wheel rim and Bambu 95A-HF TPU for the outer wheel ring. Both printed solid at .12mm w/ .4mm  nozzle using concentric infill and supports on the wheel.

Assembly is simply printing both parts and squeezing the ring onto the rim. It is a tight fit so softening the TPU a bit with a blow drier or using a touch of lube may help get it on. The durability is still untested, but I will update this when/if it fails.
