Description

I designed these brackets for storing/displaying DVD & Gaming Cases. I have tested DVDs, Xbox360, PS4, and Wii games. Any case that is the same size will work. I'm not positive about BlueRay cases, and Switch cases are too small. If there is enough interest, I will design a bracket to fit those different sizes - just shoot me a message or comment.

You can screw these to the wall in a variety of orientations (will need to hit a stud and/or use drywall anchors). You can also print the Left and Right brackets to make it free-standing when attached together. The free-standing version can also be attached to the wall.  Each shelf/bracket will hold 8 DVD/Game cases.

I have also added a little plug that can be printed and inserted into any of the unused screw-holes, if you feel the need.

If you want to print the free-standing version, you will need to print a Right & Left bracket. The screw holes are off-set from each other, so you cannot attach two rights or two lefts together.  The holes are offset to make it easier to get a screwdriver in there to attach to the wall, and the offset screw holes also creates a stronger connection.

would have done five but I don’t see the need for a brim on the part just wastes filament

I added the brim because without it the corners were lifting off the bed and ruining the print. The "brim waste" is minimal. Thanks for the review, those look great! Do they seem to be strong enough for you?

Not sure what the issue was. I have a P1S, so it auto levels.

Great design I had to change the brim settings in slicer cuz they were way too big was a waste of filament did it without the brim and so far so good So if you're going to print it just think about doing it that way unless you have bed adhesion issues

Worked a treat, I expanded them a bit, extended the screw holes on happy accident, made them a tiny bit adjustable. I also printed in different colors. 8 more to go, then I will have a 10th of my collections hanging up! Great simple minimalist design, sturdy enough and holds box sets (small) up as well!

do you have a version for Nintendo Switch game cases?

I do not! I only have this one version! Maybe I'll make a version that you can resize to whatever you want.

From the idea point of view, exactly what I'm looking for, I need something like this but "infinitely" expandable in width. I own well over 400 games and am currently looking for a solution that offers a lot of space but doesn't consume truckloads of filament

I will see about making it wider for you!

this thing is simple, and yet masterfully designed. I almost thought that the slight lip at the bottom was a hiccup from my printer, but no, it was put there to make sure the media cases don’t slip out, and yet you wouldn’t even notice it without close inspection. Bravo. thanks for the screw hole plugs by the way, something often overlooked.
