Description

This is a simple and practical L-shaped under-desk router mount, designed to keep your router securely attached beneath your desk, shelf, or any flat surface. The brackets provide a clean, space-saving solution that helps reduce cable clutter and keeps your network equipment out of sight.

The design works with most WiFi routers, modems, mesh units, and small network devices. The open sides allow easy access to ports, antennas, and buttons, while the L-shape offers strong support without the need for additional clips or straps.

The model prints easily, requires no supports, and is sturdy enough for everyday use thanks to its thick walls and simple geometry. Mount it using screws for the best stability. I have mounted my router mount under my IKEA desk with M3 screws.

I printed the four brackets in PETG with 15% infill and a depth of 20 mm. I’m also planning to create some variations in the height and length of the brackets to fit more devices.

This is my first published 3D model that I created from scratch. I’d really appreciate any feedback—whether it’s comments, constructive criticism, or ideas for improvement. Thank you in advance!
