Tachikaze: Kensei's Shikai Replica Bleach [No AMS]

The Visored are some of the coolest characters in Bleach and they definitely don’t get enough love. Kensei’s always been one of my favourites (I try to ignore the fight with Mask - it hurts too much) and Tachikaze has such a great and clean Shikai design. 

This is a 1:1 replica based on reference from both the manga and anime. It prints in parts with no AMS required, but you will need one colour-swap for the handle grips. 

• No hardware is needed — just glue. I use medium viscosity Cyanoacrylate (the gel kind)
• The tolerances are tight, so I recommend doing a dry fit before gluing anything.
• For assembly, I’d suggest gluing the ring onto the handle first, then using the plug to secure it into the guard.
• Unfortunately, shouting Tekken Tachikaze will not activate Bankai. 

If you have adhesion issues I'd recommend using a brim around the Blade. 

If you're not using my print profiles: 

• For the Dowels and Plugs I'd recommend increasing the walls and infil. 
• Use arachne wall generator and 0.16mm layer height on the Handle Grip.
• All other parts can be printed at 0.2mm layer height

The blade couldn’t be reliably printed when split into two pieces, so I’ve included both the full combined blade edge and an optional two-part split version if you want to attempt it yourself or if you have a toolhead changing system.
