Description

This 3D-printed card display riser is designed specifically for card shows, display cases, and vendor tables where presentation and security matter. The angled, triangular riser elevates the display and protects your cards while keeping your display open for ease of access.

Anti-Theft / Security Benefits

  • Prevents “sticky fingers” – The raised angle keeps the case open and upward, but makes it much harder for anyone to reach around into the case and slide a card out unseen.
  • Creates a physical barrier inside your display case, reducing access from the top opening and forcing any contact to be noticeable.
  • Improves visibility for the vendor by elevating the display glass, making it easier to monitor what’s inside the case at all times.

Show-Ready, Modular, and Travel-Friendly

  • Split into two perfectly-matching parts so it can be printed on standard 256×256 mm printers while still forming a full 300 mm riser.
  • Includes built-in alignment connectors so the two halves lock together securely without wobble. (after gluing together)
  • Lightweight and durable—ideal for traveling between shows without worrying about cracked acrylic or bulky risers.

Used in conjunction with my designed riser holder to get the 25 degree angle of the display.

The display used is from Amazon and is actually a Jersey Frame Display.

The CAD file doesn't seem to match what the 3D preview shows. The CAD model has an extra lip for some reason that doesn't allow the parts to be placed together.

I apologize, the STL and 3mf should be correct. I believe I added the my first revision as the CAD files.

Have you thought about putting a Boot on the RIser so you don't need to use the holders? just extend it so when the case closes it will pull the boot into place? See my amazing Paint Skills....

That's a great idea. I will see what I can come up with in CAD. My worry, at least for the current case I use is that its a pretty tight gap and i feel like it would easily snap off.

could you create a file for a solid one? one that doesn't have the honeycomb?

Yes of course. Let me get on it. Did you want the same angle?

yes, and could you do 1 piece instead of splitting the wedge into 2 different pieces?
