Vacuum cleaner connection for the Einhell miter saw KGSZ 300/1 UG, which replaces the original dust bag and allows a stable connection to common workshop vacuums. Model Description

This adapter is attached directly to the dust extraction opening of the Einhell KGSZ 300-1UG and provides a custom-fit coupling for common vacuum cleaner or workshop vacuum hoses. The geometry is designed so that the hose fits snugly, but can still be easily connected and disconnected.

The connection is specially adapted to the original port of this saw and prevents chips from blowing out sideways or the hose from slipping off during sawing. The improved airflow ensures that most of the sawdust generated is directly extracted, which increases visibility of the cut and workplace safety.

Print Recommendations

A robust print in PETG or ABS is recommended to ensure good temperature and impact resistance in the dusty workshop environment. A layer height of 0.2 mm, at least 3 perimeters, and 30–40% infill ensure sufficient stability in the hose clamping area.

The adapter is designed to be printed without support structures and fits easily on most FDM printers with a standard build plate. Depending on your printer's tolerance, you can adjust the scaling slightly (±1–2%) to perfectly match the hose fit.

Usage Instructions

Simply remove the original dust bag, attach the adapter to the port of the Einhell KGSZ 300-1UG, and slide the vacuum cleaner hose onto the outer end. Before sawing, briefly check that the hose is securely attached and does not interfere when swiveling or pulling the saw.

Depending on the vacuum's suction power, dust generation can be significantly reduced, which is a great advantage, especially in small workshops or during interior work. For other hose diameters, further variants of the model can be created or scaled.
