Description

This wall mount test lead cable holder is an ideal solution for anyone who wants to organize their test cable spaghetti in their electronics lab at a fraction of the costs compared to the overpriced “professional” metal bracket.

It’s ideal for:

4mm banana test leads / DMM test leads

BNC cables / Oscilloscope probes

Tiny alligator test cables

USB Cables

Network cables

See also picture’s when used in practice.

The distance between the slots guarantee sufficient clearance between the cables such that if you take 1 you do not pull out any other cable from the rack.

Also the raised tip at the end of slot helps to keep the cables in place.

The dimensions are as following:

Dimensions: 250mm  width, 120mm depth and 30mm high

Horizontal slot length: 90mm (excluding raised tip)

Slot width: 6mm

Distance between sloths: 17.3mm

Mounting hole diameter: 4.5mm (x3)

The test lead cable holder as shown in the pictures are printed using the default PLA setting with the following modifications.

Number of walls: 4

Infill: 25%

Infill pattern: Gyroide

Ironing: Top layer, flow setting of 30%

With these settings each slot can hold up to 6 silicone 4mm test leads of 1 meter length without bending.

Thank you.
