Description
This is a printable replacement for the original molded piece with the battery compartment inside the 3 ft. Battery-Operated Jumbo White Bulb from Home Depot.
It replaces that whole bottom section with a flat platform you can build on or modify however you want.
I’ve added a few remix options to this version, and I can make tweaks if you need something adjusted.
Installation
- Open the bulb shell (about 12 screws).
- The replacement base drops into the same slot where the original insert sat.
- For outdoor use, I recommend printing in PETG since it handles heat and weather better than PLA.
