Line Cutter / Belt Cutter

For freedivers with VDST, a cutting tool is mandatory for all dives for safety reasons, after relevant accidents had occurred. But it is also useful for scuba divers if they should, for example, get caught in a fishing line.

Usually a diving knife is carried, but there are better tools.

Here is the design of a cutter with which even stronger lines can be cut to free oneself.

You cannot injure yourself with it and the belt/line cutter is inexpensive.

In addition to the 3D print, a (rust-proof) razor blade, 2 x M3x8mm screws and 2 x M3 nuts are required.

The design allows for easy blade replacement with stainless material, even if it should rust due to saltwater, for example.

The handle also allows for use with dry gloves through a corresponding opening.
