Then try out this small and dandy cable clip.
Fast and easy, print in place, just carefully break the joint free after printing.
There are 5 different length, with 2 different heights.
The ones in the pictures are called "Size 1" from XS to XL.
Size 2 is a little bit taller, with the same length as size 1.
The print profile contains all sizes on different plates like shown below.
