Description

UPDATE 1!

In this update I decided to create something that's always fascinated me: the Alofs System. To update the model, simply remove the handle and attach the new part.
You can find the Alofs System on the following MakerWorld page: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2141961-alofs-system-working-toy-shotgun#profileId-2320260

Check out the new video of the model!

THIS MODEL IS PURELY A TOY

Hello everyone! After the success of the Working Toy Shotgun - 100% 3D Printed by Franz-Creator MakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models, and several requests to create this version, I'm proud to present the Sawn-off Shotgun.

Like the previous one, the shotgun is entirely 3D printed and does not require any extra components (apart from the glue to assemble it) and it doesn't require any support to print.

IMPORTANT: Given the very tight tolerances, it is highly recommended to print the model in PETG-CF (and PLA Wood for the handle and stock).

To shoot, you need to print the cartridge that you can find at the following link: Working Toy Cartridge V2 - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld

WARNING!
This is a toy.
The cartridges it uses work thanks to elastic bands, so their power is limited.
Do not fire at anyone without their consent

For assembly follow the tutorials below:

Second video for the recent update:

For those who do not use the print profile, it is mandatory to use these settings for the respective parts:

  • UPDATE_Barrel_Handle_3D printed rifle_Franz-Creator
set the X-Y Contour Compensation to -0.12
  • Main body_Righ-pannel--middle-part---Connector_3D printed rifle_Franz-Creator
set the X-Y Contour Compensation to -1
  • SAWN-OFF VERSION_Handle and Barrel_Franz-Creator
set the X-Y Hole Compensation of the handle to 0.14
