Description
A small 50x90mm sanding block.
Cut the paper to size 110x90mm. The screw hole in the base can be used if you print in ABS as it doesn't have the layer adhesion of PLA and PETG. The screw I used is a 25mm drywall screw.
Supports are needed for the handle.

took some post processing but this works really nice for my application.

Primarily the fit for the nut to spin freely on the screw in the housing. I sanded both inside and out ironically and worked fine.

Looking at mine I see there is little clearance on the nut but it turn easily ABS seem to be far more forgiving, so I can imagine is would be tighter in PLA. Unfortunately I lost this to a HDD death so not much I can do about it now. Thanks for the feedback.

Erstklassiges Design. Problemloser und sauberer Druck. Die Supporte lassen sich einfach entfernen. Die Funktion ist einwandfrei. Ein kleines praktisches Hilfstool.

printed great on the x1c. did not change anything, just assigned a filament and went for it.
supports removed easily and clean enough.
screw fit is a little bit tight but that works out ok because after running the nut on it a few times it fits perfect.
I use it to scrub my PEX sheets when I clean them. 2000 grit sandpaper with soap and water and the plate comes out looking renewed

I wish I used better colors for printing, cause my didn't do this cool tool justice. :D
