Description

I recently serviced my fox Trek thru shaft 9mm rear shock and printed the equivalent tools for the job. This is the tool to torque the top trunnions body to the shaft. I printed this in PLA and it was very much a ‘one hit wonder’ as if you look at the photos the 3/8" drive pocket was destroyed, it did however torque up to the correct torque. Printing in a better material say PA CF of some sort may well work a lot better.

This saddle fits over the trunnions bolt holes and you use the bike frame bolts to attach it to the shock and then pop your 3/8" torque wrench on and tighten up to spec
