Description

Two big flaws with the printed version of the V.ENGRC YEPspec chassis:

  1. Flex
  2. Body Mounts

This was designed with the idea of stiffening the front end of the chassis, creating a solid body mount that doesn't wobble/wiggle, and giving myself a solid place to put velcro for batteries but all while keeping it slick like the chassis already is 😎. I uploaded my project file that printed the mount you see in the images, but you may need to adjust the settings to your own equipment. It has a cutout to run a limiting strap without affecting body placement, M2 hole to run a screw for more secure mounting of body, and a mounting hole down the neck of the chassis to increase stiffness. All shock holes remain usable. This mount is solid.

Mount requires (4) 9mm x 1.5mm magnets! (Upper Body Mount may require glue!)
