📏 Scaling Guide for Specific Species

To attract the right birds to your garden, use the following scaling adjustments in your slicer:

• The profile “60% scale - 25mm entrance - ideal for Blue Tits birds”  is ideal for Blue Tits: At this scale, the entrance hole is approximately 25mm, the perfect size for the small Blue Tit while keeping larger birds and predators out.
  • You can change this profile scale to be 75% – 80% (Ideal for Great Tits & House Sparrows): The ideal size for slightly larger common garden birds. This scale adjusts the entrance to roughly 32mm, the standard recommendation for these species.

💡 Printing Recommendations:

• Material: For outdoor use, PETG or ASA is highly recommended due to their superior resistance to UV rays, moisture, and temperature fluctuations. PLA is not recommended for direct sunlight as it may warp over time.
• Layers: A layer height of 0.2mm to 0.28mm works perfectly to maintain the wooden texture detail.
