Description

I designed these to be compatible with the honeycomb storage wall system. However, during development, I found that recessing the connectors allowed for a thinner holder profile but also required that the standard HSW connectors be modified. These work in conjunction to allow a more secure fit without having a bulkier profile. The result; a 10mm thick top loader holder, 14.5mm connectors, and a more secure way to display top loaded cards.

Shown here on the large variant of the HSW Display Stand by KYZ Designs (I absolutely love this stand).

This design allows the holders to be spaced in a tighter configuration (as shown) while still allowing easier insertion and removal. This is facilitated by the bevel on the bottom of the holders, allowing minimal distortion to the top loader during loading and unloading. I found that the presented orientation works best for maintaining dimensional accuracy. These were all printed with Polymaker PLA Pro.

The connector tolerances are tight. As such, scaling them to 99.5% has helped alleviate this in my testing. YMMV. Thank you for looking and feel free to boost this if you found it helpful.
