Hi,
Today I have the ultimate set of clamps for electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other lines for you. The clamps are DIN3015 compatible, which are often used in industry and heavy machinery.
Currently, the set includes printable mounting rails (from 60 to 220 mm) mounted on M6 countersunk screws, T-nuts for M6 nuts, and a set of single (SX) and double (SXX) clamps in sizes from 6 to 45 mm, including popular inch sizes.
Set A includes clamps for diameters from 6 to 12mm, as well as 1/4" and 3/8".
Set B includes clamps for diameters from 12 to 18mm, and 3/4".
Set C includes clamps for diameters from 20 to 26mm, and 1".
Set D includes clamps for diameters from 28 to 32mm.
Set E includes clamps for diameters from 32 to 45mm, and 1 1/2".
The clamps can be assembled in various configurations within the same size range (A, B, C, D, E). They can be mounted on M6 cylinder head screws or M6 hexagon head screws, but then a top plate must be used.
A lightweight single-bolt series and a double horizontal series are in development.
