This is a wooden house that was actually built
It is 65 pyeong, and because it was actually modeled according to the blueprints and then scaled down to 1:62, the thickness of the exterior and interior walls was set to match the overall model
The foundations for the entrance and bathrooms, among other areas, are lowered just like in actual construction
