Description

Brush washing station with reservoir, this was inspired by a design by similar seen elsewhere but designed to take a 300 ml bottle with a 27mm ØD (1-1/16”) neck size like a CC bottle as in picture. Removable base for cleaning and emptying. Has spring loaded plunger to drain the wash cone into the wastewater holding reservoir. (Springs from Makers Supply, parts shown below.) Can use a small rubber seal or ring, 18mm ØD (11/16”) to seal the plunger which should be able to get at most hardware outlets. Screws are small brass countersunk head (1/8" x 1") also from a hardware outlet. TIP: Best printed in a std or glossy filament as this will with will help the water flow, I used PLA matt, it works but I feel a smoother finish will give a better result.

This is a fantastic design... simple, water efficient, uses commonly-available parts. Great stuff. Thank you! I created a TPU seal for it and uploaded it as a separate print profile. I've tested it and it works great.
