UGreen NAS Anti-vibration Clip 2.5

After receiving new and widespread feedback from all over the world, I went back and refined Version 2.0 in the hope that Version 2.5 will push things a bit further. The clips have been slightly thickened and adjusted so that their width now matches the full width of a bay.
👉 Note:  If only one clip fits in your bay, that’s completely fine as well.

Since the number of bays can vary from user to user, I encourage everyone to freely adjust the size and number of clips in their slicer. For that reason, I won’t be uploading any preset profiles for now — but if anyone needs profiles to print directly from a phone, please feel free to let me know. Your feedback is always welcome.

Description:
These clips are designed to reduce the annoying vibrations in the following UGreen hard drive enclosures:

• UGreen DXP2800
• UGreen DXP4800
• UGreen DXP4800 Plus
• UGreen DXP6800 Pro
• UGreen DXP8800 Plus

🛠️ Please print as many pairs as needed, depending on how many bays your UGreen enclosure has.

🌬️ The clips are positioned at the top and bottom of each drive, so they do not block airflow and cooling remains unaffected.

I recommend PLA but TPU also works if you prefer a softer, more flexible damping effect.

Recommended print settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 100%
• Infill pattern: Lines (straight)
• Material: PLA recommended, TPU possible
• Supports: Not required
