Description

Introduce a touch of festive fun to your table with this unique snack and candy bowl. The circular dish is charmingly supported by three Santa or gnome figurines, who look like they are putting in a massive effort to hold up your Christmas treats! It’s perfect for candies, nuts, or simply as a standout piece of holiday decor.

🎁 Two Main Versions to Choose From

To accommodate different printer setups and user preferences, the model is available in two structural variants:

1. Monolith Version (Single-Piece Print):

  • Pros: Quick and hassle-free. The model is ready to use immediately after printing and support removal.
  • Cons: Requires significantly more support material and filament, leading to a longer print time.
  • Note: Best suited for users who want to print the entire piece at once, especially if using an AMS/MMU system for single-run multi-color prints.

2. Multi-Parts Version (Recommended):

  • The dish and the Santa figures are separate elements that require assembly.
  • Pros: This is the most efficient method, resulting in minimal support usage and significant filament savings. It also allows standard FDM users to print the bowl and figures in different colors.

🎨 Color Options (Specific to Multi-Parts)

If you choose the versatile Multi-Parts version, you have two file options based on your hardware:

  • multipart_mono: Designed for any standard FDM printer (non-AMS). This allows you to print each separate component (the bowl and the Santas) using a single color filament, making it easy to achieve a two-tone look (e.g., white bowl, red Santas) without an AMS.
  • multipart_color: Requires an AMS (or a Multi-Material Unit). This file contains pre-colored Santa figures (red suit, white trim) ready for immediate multi-color printing.

🛠️ Assembly Instructions (Multi-Parts)

  1. Print the main bowl (BOWL AND PINS) and the three Santa figures (SANTAS...).
  2. Pressure Fit: Align the connection pins on the figures with the sockets underneath the bowl. The connection is designed to be a tight pressure fit and is sufficient to hold the model together.
  3. Optional: For maximum durability and permanence, especially if the dish will be handled frequently, a small amount of super glue can be applied before pressing the parts together.
