PTFE Tube Gasket for Elegoo Centauri Carbon
Print Profile(1)

Description
This model is a print-ready remix of a PTFE tube gasket designed to protect the Bowden tube where it passes through the upper rear opening of the Elegoo Centauri Carbon.
The sharp metal edges around that opening can eventually wear down the PTFE tube — this gasket snaps into place and prevents rubbing completely.
The geometry of the part remains unchanged; this remix focuses on cleaning, reorganizing, orienting, and preparing the file so it is easy to slice and ready to print on any FDM machine while meeting MakerWorld’s upload requirements.
Material Recommendations:
Printing in ASA, ABS, or PETG is strongly recommended.
These materials offer the slight flexibility needed for the snap-fit installation.
PLA may work, but it can be too stiff and may not clip in as easily — though it only takes seconds to print, so you can try it.
Remix Details (What I changed):
- Cleaned and reorganized the STL into a single print-ready layout
- Adjusted orientation for reliable printing and clean walls
- Verified snap-fit flexibility with ASA and PETG profiles
- Exported in a format fully compatible with Bambu Studio and MakerWorld
- Provided as a ready-to-print version with no additional preparation needed
All credit goes to the original designer — this remix simply makes the model easier and more accessible for the community.
