Makers Beginner Kit Parts Organiser V2

The Makers Beginner Kit Parts Organiser V2 is a compact storage solution for the parts of the Maker's Beginner Kit-ZC002. This organiser is a refinement from the origional parts organiser and enables the user to organise and store their parts with ease. Ultimately, eliminating the hassle of searching for parts in tiny plastic bags.

Key Features

Hinged Lid - Which allows for extra features to be added including the spool and pick tool. Also the hinge uses two 18mm pieces of filament as the pins for it to open meaning there is no extra hardware that is required (However you can use 2x18mm steel dowels for a firmer hinge).

Magnetic Latch - That uses four D4x2 round magnets from the beginners kit to hold the lid closed and provides a open and close action, which also means that no extra hardware is needed.

Name Plate - Labels each part from the beginners kit and where it fits within the organiser. The name plate also serves second purpose of keeping the parts in their sections so that even if shaken they will stay organised.

Removable Insert Tray - To help with accessing parts and allows for the customization of the internal layout without needing an entirely new outer box.

0.6mm Nylon Cord Spool - Keeps the cord spooled up neatly and ready for easy access.

Pick Tool - Helps to access hard to reach parts for example the last few remaining screws in their section.

Assembly Tips

The D4x2 magnets for the latch and pick tool may require glue.

The Pins For the hinge can either be made from a off cut of filament or a 2x18mm steel dowel pin (Tip: Use the table to press them in).
