Description

Finally, a Minidisc holder designed for the side-spine view!

Most holders are "top-loading," forcing you to look down at your collection. I designed this Side-Loading Minidisc Holder so you can keep your discs accessible on your desk and actually read the labels on the spines.

✅ Fits Standard Minidisc Slipcases No need to remove your discs from their protective cases. This rack is sized specifically to hold Minidiscs comfortably inside their slipcases.

📂 Included Print Profiles

1. The "A1 Mini" Special (15 Discs)

  • Optimized specifically for the 180mm build plate of the Bambu Lab A1 Mini.
  • Maximizes storage space without requiring a larger printer.

2. The Standard (20 Discs)

  • For A1, P1, and X1 series printers.
  • Available in Straight, Smooth Angled, and Textured Angled versions.
  •

🎨 The "Textured" Angle (My Recommendation)

When choosing the angled version, I highly recommend the profile printed flat on the base.

  • The "Happy Accident": Because it prints flat, the layer lines create natural "stairs" on the slope.
  • Why it's better: These small ridges act as a grip, helping the slipcases click and slide into place more securely than the smooth slope version!

🎛️ Fully Customizable (MakerLab)

Need a different size? This is an OpenSCAD model. Click the "Customize" button to generate a rack with any number of slots or adjust the tilt angle to your liking.

This is my first upload to MakerWorld! I built this to solve a problem with my own collection, and I hope it helps yours too. Happy Printing!
