Update 1.2:

My wife approached me today and asked me to revise the box a bit. She wanted a small drying insert so that the night guard doesn't lie flat and is better ventilated from underneath. For this, I made the bottom part of the box 5mm deeper to create some space for the drying grid and more air circulation. And to further improve this, I added a second row of side holes (so now one row at the height of the guard itself and one row under the grid). You can find the revised version as a separate print profile. Everything can be printed on just one plate despite different colors, because the print profile prints the parts of one color first and then those of the other color! This saves not only time but also filament :)

I am pleased that this model enjoys some popularity! Thanks for that :) This motivated me to add a second size here, which should now also be large enough for braces (the internal dimensions have been added below). You will now find a second print plate for the larger box (Plate 2) in the print profile. So select my print profile and then just print the plate with the box you want. Let me know if you need a different size ;)

I recently designed a case for a night guard and would like to share it with you here, in case anyone else needs one. It might also be suitable for braces, but it might be a bit too shallow for that. The internal dimensions are as follows:

Internal dimensions night guard box:

Height: 17.98mm

Width: 62mm

Depth: 55mm

Internal dimensions braces box:

Height: 30mm

Width: 75mm

Depth: 60mm

Everything is assembled with 3 30mm M3 screws as shown in the pictures.
