Description

The Harvey Industries Compass miter gauge is a large heavy miter gauge for table saws. Mine had been floating around my shop and I couldn't find a suitable model for mounting it. While this mount is specifically designed for the Compass miter gauge, it's versatile enough that it should fit other similarly designed miter gauges as well as smaller gauges such as the Incra v27.

The mount is designed to be screwed to a wall either into a stud or using hollow wall anchors in drywall or concrete.

I tried to minimize the amount of plastic, but do recommend printing with the 0.20mm strength profile to ensure rigidity. PETG or ABS is recommended for use in shops without climate control. Printing with the triangle supports on the bed will reduce the potential of layer line failures as there won't be any perpendicular loads on the layer lines. I had to use a brim to keep the print when printing like this.
