Description
Add an extension to your tanks “pro-valve” to make it easier and more successful securing bungie cord to trim your tanks.
A side-mount diving buddy saw a video on social media of a person making a widget like this with a piece of PVC and a blowtorch! He asked if I could fabricate something similar with my 3d printer. I spent some time iterating on a design and came up with what seems to be a workable solution. After using it for months it has proven to be robust and reliable.
There are a few notable attributes of this solution:
- Printed with ABS in a solid design with no hollow spaces
- Can be attached with either bungie cord or zip ties
- Two sizes provided, 23mm and 24mm diameters. Tanks valves come in many sizes and shapes, these should fit most
