Boost Me (for free)

If you find this model useful consider throwing me a boost for my granddaughter's tuition fund. Thanks!

UPDATED VERSION 1/2/25 - Added multiple options; GOOD, BETTER, & BEST.

Look for the plate labels indicating Good, better & best and print your choice.

Good - print the handles in PLA, the tool arms and hinge shims in PETG.

Better - print the handles in PLA, print the better hinge shim in TPU 95AHF, and tool arms in PETG.

Best - print the one-piece handles in TPU for AMS, and the tool arms in PETG. No hinge shims required.

The same plate of tool arms work for all the handle options.

H2D Buffer PTFE Tube Removal Tool - make removal of the PTFE tube from the H2D Buffer a quick simple process, as seen on Lukis3d Studio channel: 10 More BEST Upgrades for Bambu Lab H2-Series Printer - YouTube.

The tool has a blunt side that holds the buffer slide to the right while the left side applies pressure to the locking ring.

With a little pressure applied pull the tube out.

Assembly: Test fit the tool ends into the handle pieces. They may hold without any glue needed. If not add a few drops of super glue into the handle openings without using accelerator.

The thin PETG springs side into the slots in the handles. I prefer layering those with the narrower one toward the inside of the tool; making the hold tight without glue. If you leave it unglued you can replace parts if it should wear out over time.
