❄️ ❄️ How to Create Your Snowflake ❄️ ❄️

1. Enter a seed number. Any number will do! This is the key to your snowflake's unique identity.
2. Adjust the seed_variation_choice. This controls how much randomness the seed adds. "Calm" gives you subtle, elegant variations, while "Wild" creates more complex and unpredictable results.
3. Customize the details! Use the parameters below to fine-tune every aspect of your design.

Customize Your Creation

You have full control over your snowflake's design. Here’s what you can change:

Overall Size & Shape ↔️  

Set the main radius and thickness. You can also control the arm_length_factor and arm_width_factor to make your snowflake delicate and spindly or bold and robust.

Make it a Pendant or Stencil

• Pendant: Turn on pendant_enabled to add a small ring to the tip of one arm, making it easy to hang as an ornament or wear as a pendant.

• Stencil: Switch to stencil_enabled to create a square plate with the snowflake shape cut out—perfect for spray painting or decorating cards and cookies!

   

Add a Magnet 🧲 

Want to stick your snowflake on the fridge, a whiteboard, or a locker? Just enable embed_magnet_enabled! This creates a perfect circular pocket for a magnet.

• Choose Your Method: The magnet_placement option lets you choose how to install the magnet:
  • Embedded: This is the most elegant method. The printer pauses, you drop in the magnet, and the printer seals it inside completely. This requires you to add a "Pause at Height" in your slicer (like Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, or Cura). Pause just before the layer that covers the pocket is printed.
  • Surface (Top): This is the easiest method. An open pocket is created on the top surface of the snowflake. After printing, you can simply glue the magnet in. No pause needed!

• Setup: Measure the diameter and height of your magnet and enter the values. The generator will automatically adjust the snowflake's thickness for a perfect fit.

   

Intricate Branches 🌿 

This is where the magic happens! You can define the number, length, angle, and thickness of the main branches. Go even further by adding layers of smaller sub-branches and tiny micro-branches to create stunning, fractal-like detail.

The Core ⬢ 

The center of your snowflake can be a solid hub or a geometric cutout. You can choose the number of sides for the core polygon (core_sides) and even add beautiful details like an inset star shape or an embossed radial pattern.

Crystal Tips 💎

Enable facet_enabled to add sharp, crystal-like facets to the end of each arm for a more realistic, icy look.

Dual Layer Design

Why have one snowflake when you can have two? Enable layer2_enabled to add a second, smaller snowflake that is rotated and layered with the main one. You can control its size, rotation, and complexity independently for truly breathtaking results.
