Assembly Instructions:
The supports on this model are much easier to remove if a support interface material is used. If you have the ability to use an interface material for the supports, it is recommended.
Print all the parts and remove all the support material. Take care when removing the supports that you do not break off the guide pin for the maze shaft. It is a cone shaped pin that is easy to mistake for support material.

Find the small ribbon part that has no hole and insert it on the side of the box lid that does have a hole.

Find the small ribbon part that has a hole and insert it on the opposite side from the first ribbon.

Install the large ribbon part.

Install the bow.

Lock the bow in place using the C-clip retainer on the inside of the box. It will snap into place.

The puzzle box is now complete. To lock the puzzle box, lift the sliding ribbon over the puzzle shaft hole and insert the puzzle shaft. You must solve the puzzle in reverse in order to lock the box. There is an optional answer key that can be a handy helper for locking and solving the puzzle. You can print the multi-color key and use it as a visual guide through the maze. (If you don't want to print it as a two-color print, print with one color and mark the path with a permanent marker.) View the maze through the hole in the bottom of the box for added clues.

When the puzzle bolt is all the way in, slide the ribbon down to cover the hole and rotate the bow to lock the ribbon in place. There is a bump and a detent on the ribbon parts to keep the bow in the locked position.
The optional answer key may help you find your way through the maze.
