Description

Compact. Protective. Made for Travel.

This custom 3D-printed travel case is designed specifically for the Oral-B iO toothbrush series and built with everyday practicality in mind.
Its structured clamshell layout keeps the handle and brush heads securely in place, while the slim profile slips easily into backpacks, dopp kits, or carry-on luggage.

Magnetic closures give a satisfying snap when shut, and the internal geometry prevents rattling during travel.
Whether you’re heading to the office, crossing time zones, or living out of a van for a week, this case keeps your brushing gear clean, organized, and ready for anything.

The magnets are 6x2 mm, need 4 of them. Take care to put them in the correct orientation so that the pull together.

You can also personalize the back with your own name. Just edit the text in your slicer.

Before exporting, make sure to re-center the name object to (0, 0) on the X and Y axes so it prints in the correct position.

Durable, lightweight, and fully customizable in your favorite filament—because your toothbrush deserves a proper home on the road.

How did you get the sparkle effect on the bottom in the 3rd picture?

Not suitable for PETG printing beginners / general printing beginners... without proper fine-tuning of all components, unfortunately nothing moves and it breaks. I used a Neptune 4 Pro and PETG filament... unfortunately the hinge is completely fused together

printed fine. It does not close super tight with the magnets, had to use a rubber and around it.
