Designed for Professional Confectionery and Makers
This is not just another "egg shell" cutter. This project was parametrically developed in OpenSCAD to solve common problems of 3D printed cutters: fragility and crooked cuts.
The model uses advanced compound profile geometry:
- Straight Interior (90º): The internal walls where the brownie touches are 100% vertical. This ensures your brownies come out perfectly square, without deformations.
- Beveled Exterior (Blade): The wall starts thick at the base (3mm) for structural rigidity and tapers to 0.4mm at the top, creating a real and sturdy cutting edge.
- Internal "V" Grid: The internal dividers have a wedge (V) profile, facilitating demolding without damaging the edges of adjacent sweets.
- Reinforced Base (Handle): It has a wide tab at the base to protect hands and provide firm support during cutting.
🛠️ Fully Customizable (Parametric)
This model is 100% Parametric. You can download the .scad file and open it in OpenSCAD (free) to generate the exact cutter you need.
Available parameters:
- brownie_size: Square size (e.g., 50mm, 60mm, 70mm).
- columns and rows: Create single cutters (1x1) or production grids (e.g., 3x3, 4x2) to cut the entire shape at once.
- blade_height: Height of the sharp part.
- top_thickness: Cutting edge thickness (0.4mm recommended for standard nozzles).
