Sink cabinet and shoe cabinet active exhaust ventilation system

When the sink cabinet in my kitchen is opened, a sewer smell comes out. It's very unpleasant.

So I considered making my own ventilation fan. Since the renovation is already complete, it's not ideal to drastically modify the cabinet door.

I used the gap in the door to create a ventilation fan. It uses a 12V DC exhaust fan, so everyone needs to prepare a 12V DC power supply in advance. This should be easy for electronics enthusiasts.

If you don't have one on hand, you can get one for about 10 yuan on Xianyu.

The 12V fan was also bought on Xianyu. The measured current is only 0.3A, so the power is about 3.6W. Running it constantly for a year would consume just over 1 kWh of electricity. After installing it for a day, I tried opening the door at home and couldn't smell any peculiar odors.

Among the four wires, connect the red to the positive and the black to the negative; the other two wires are not connected.

If you don't have a 12V adapter at home, a 5V 7010 fan will work. Here, 70 represents 70mm square, and 10 represents 10mm thickness. Any 70mm square fan can be installed.
