DeWALT Sander Template

With this two-piece model, you can create your own sandpaper for a 1/4 sheet DeWalt sander  . 

If you urgently need custom-sized sandpaper someday and don't want to go to the hardware store or simply want to save money, you can create them yourself from the comfort of your home.

Steps to create your own sandpaper

1- Place the Lid on the sandpaper sheet

2 - Mark the outline of the lid

3 - Cut the sandpaper along the marked line

4 - Place the cut sandpaper on the Base

5 - Place the Lid on the Base

6 - Drill through the sandpaper using the holes in the lid, a 5/16 drill bit is recommended

7 - Remove the lid from the Base

8 - Your sandpaper will be ready

9 - This is how it would look once placed on the sander
