Black&Decker Sander Vacuum Adapter (35 mm Hose)

🔨Here's an improved version of a vacuum adapter that lets your Black&Decker AutoSelect / MultiSand / SwiftSelect sander collect its' dust in your vacuum.

Goodbye dust clouds, hello clean workspace. Your lungs 🫁 will thank you. 

This model is a remix of the excellent design by dayt0n4  👉 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7104170  with several key upgrades:

• Improved fitting for the Black+Decker rectangular dust-port
• Extended vacuum connector
• Supports properly sliced in Bambu Studio > easy to remove, clean result.
• Zero wiggle, no tape needed

WILL IT FIT your sander?

• The original design should work on the Black & Decker KA2500, KA280, KA280K, KA280LK, KA900E… check dimensions 📐16,2 x 45 mm (h x w).
• The BEW200 / BEW210 series have a different format > see separate print variant  - check dimensions 📐18 x 54 mm (h x w).
• Check for MS1000 and other AutoSelect / SwiftSelect / MultiSand / Mouse / Eccentric sander variants with the “Cyclonic Action” filter connector - > if it doesn't fit & you provide dimensions, I might be able to adapt it.

The other end fits on standard 35 mm round vacuum hose, compatible with Kärcher, Parkside, Bosch, and most universal dust hoses. You willl find some other adapters on MakerWorld if needed ;-) 

Designed for PLA, but PETG makes it extra shop-proof.
