Description

The head strap fixation on my Reverb G2 broke, so here is an easy-to-print quick fix, as the official spare part is nowhere found…

It can be secured with a small overlapping piece of duct tape on the top, but on my headset it's not required.

Prerequiste:
You'll need to “trim” the broken old fixation, the horizontal part (the fragile one) must be gone at 100%.

Tested printing settings:
tested on: BambuLab P1P
material: matte PLA but ABS will be fine too if you can print it
raft: yes
supports: yes (std supports, >40°)
layer: 0.12mm but you can go higher
infill: honeycomb/gyroid 50% and it seems solid

With these settings, it takes 40min to print and uses 9g of PLA
