Description

HP ProDesk 600 G4 Desktop Mini PC – Wall Mount

This is a custom under desk mount designed for the HP ProDesk 600 G4 Desktop Mini PC. This mount is made with the bottom of the PC orientated towards the surface it’s mounted to. It holds the mini PC securely while getting it off the desk and out of the way — perfect for clean setups on a wall, the side of a desk or any surface. The model is a single printed part with an overall footprint of roughly 183 × 178 × 45 mm, so it fits easily on most 220×220 (and larger) beds.

This updated version adds integrated Drywall Screw Mounting Clips and is now compatible with Legrand On-Q panels. It is designed for the standard push pins used in those panels (such as the plunger-style grommet pins commonly sold for On-Q structured media enclosures), or you can use common wood/drywall screws with the built-in screw adaptors/clips.

Features:

Designed around the HP ProDesk 600 G4 Mini

  • Geometry sized specifically for the G4 Desktop Mini chassis.
  • Cradle-style bracket keeps the PC from sliding out while still allowing easy removal for service.

Simple, strong mount:

  • Solid back plate for mounting to a wall, panel, or furniture.
  • One-piece design: no extra printed clips or separate parts to manage.
  • Integrated Drywall Screw Mounting Clips and square “diamond” openings aligned for use with Legrand On-Q style push pins.

Easy access to ports:

  • The PC slides in from the front so that rear I/O and power remain accessible once installed.

Compact footprint:

  • Approx. 184 mm (W) × 178 mm (H) × 48 mm (D).
  • Fits comfortably on common printers like Bambu X1/P1/A1 series or similar-size beds.

Recommended Print Settings:

These are general starting points — tune as needed for your printer and filament:

Supports:
This mount is intentionally designed to print support free. The square openings are rotated so they sit like diamonds, with the points at the top and bottom. This orientation keeps all overhangs gentle and bridgeable, so your printer can handle the geometry without any messy support scars. Slice it with supports turned off in the vertical orientation (with the back face down) — most printers should have no trouble producing a clean, strong part just as-is.

Screws and mounting hardware:

Designed to work with standard Legrand On-Q style push pins for structured media panels (the plunger/grommet type used in On-Q enclosures).
Standard wood/drywall screws (e.g., #6 / 10–15 mm) also work well when used with the integrated Drywall Screw Mounting Clips / screw adaptors.
Use appropriate wall anchors if mounting in drywall or other weak materials.

Where to mount:

On a wall, the side of a desk, inside a Legrand On-Q structured media panel, or any vertical surface.
Always check that your mounting surface and anchors can comfortably handle the weight of the PC plus some safety margin.

Compatibility:

Designed for the HP ProDesk 600 G4 Desktop Mini.
It may also fit other HP ProDesk 600 “Desktop Mini” variants that share the same case size, but verify dimensions against your specific model before use.
Mounting pattern and square holes are laid out to be compatible with common Legrand On-Q style structured media panels and push pins.

Notes:

After mounting, give the PC a gentle push/pull to confirm the bracket and wall anchors or push pins feel solid.
If you’re using PLA in a warm or enclosed area, consider reprinting in PETG, ABS, or ASA for long-term durability.
