Truss Clamp Half-Coupler - Rig-it-up

Meet Rig-it-up, the fully 3D-printed Truss Clamp Half-Coupler , perfect for hobby lighting setups, garage discos, basement studios or home-DJ.

This clamp is entirely printed in PLA, yet surprisingly tough.

➡️ Stress-tested up to ~15 kg 

⚠️ Still… above ±1 kg I strongly recommend using real metal bolts & nuts

⚠️ And always, always use a safety line (your truss, your lamp… and your head will thank you)

I’ve designed 2 versions (40 mm & 50 mm diameter) plus a simple 30–40 mm adapter sleeve so you can clamp on whatever pipe your DIY kingdom provides.

A slot for a zip-tie at the back keeps your cables tidy and aligned.

To stay on the safe side, I also developed a matching Truss Safety Line / Carabiner, capable of holding ~15 kg as well — again, as home-use only.
