Boost Me (for free)

Well here is a neat little multi function device I've been working on for a little bit. This will allow you to mount a red dot not on the reciprocating slide as well as block the slide from cycling, effectively making it a bolt action. In order to achieve this you just have to push a 3mm allen key or other metal object that is 3ish mm through the hole that is right behind the slide. Once fired, remove the rod and cycle.

I've found that with anything 1000 fps or more i have a hard time getting the extractor to actually pull the round out due to the cartridge expanding. I usually use the cci quiet (710fps) without issue and it is verry quiet this way.

Print orientation can be seen from the picture above, should be printed on it's back. DO NOT PRINT FLAT ON THE TOP SURFACE. It will break on the layer lines when using in bolt action mode. If all you want to do is use this as a red dot mount then print any way you like. Print in PLA+ or PET-CF (or other engineering filament). I've tried PETG and ABS and they both shattered.

You have to remove the two top screws that hold on the slide plate thing and set that asside. Use those two screws and attach the pull ring. Once the pull ring is installed remove the frame screws and pop on the mount. Once in place, screw the mount in place.
