In the past, I've worked with traditional hay wreath bases shaped like a torus, but I always found them awkward to handle. They were heavy, and securing even a small amount of greenery required wrapping the entire form with wire. So, I designed a new wreath base featuring a honeycomb pattern, making it lighter and easier to handle. The open structure allows wire or thread to be inserted, making it simpler to secure greenery and decorations in place.

Parameters:

• Wreath base parameters:
  • Wreath base height:
    • The height of the entire wreath base (mm).
       
• Disc parameters:
  • Disc outer diameter:
    • The total diameter of the disc (mm).
      • Ensure that this parameter is always bigger than “Disc inner diameter”.
  • Disc inner diameter:
    • The diameter of  the central empty hole (mm).
  • Disc outline:
    • Thickness of disc outline (mm).
       
• Honeycomb parameters:
  • Hexagon flat width:
    • The width of the hexagons (mm).
  • Hexagon space:
    • The space between the hexagons (mm).
