Summary:
This is a small single dosing funnel for the Quamar Q50e and Q50 manual models.You can move the cap up and down a few times to help blow out most of the remaining grounds.This reduces retention down to a more managable 0.8-1.0 grams from the quite massive retention of approximately 4 grams that you get with the stock setup.Just grind through a good gram of fresh coffee if you havent used your grinder for a while and put in your desired amount of coffee. You should pretty mouch get out what you put in.Installation:Take off your stock bean hopper.Place the base of the funnel onto the adjustment ring of the grinder and secure it with the stock screw.Insert the funnel into the opening on the base ring and make sure it is down as far as possible and center it.Use a drop of superglue to attach the funnel to the base ring.Take off the base ring with the attached funnel and apply superglue all the way around the inside seam of the two parts.Leave to cure.Remount the funnel onto your grinder and enjoy!
