Description

This is a universal leaf blower attachment that you can slide on the end of your stock leaf blower, used for blowing out your gutters.

There are multiple sizes, with left and right configurations for both sizes. Measure your leaf blower end no matter what brand you have and select the right size for you. The leaf blower end outside diameter should be ~1mm smaller than the size printed so it slips over the top.

Reported models with sizes:
45mm - Small Dewault
70mm - Stihl

75mm
81mm - HeinPro
85mm 220 printer volume - Milwaukee #2, EGo 615CFM
86mm - Milwaukee - The as-shown model *Note this does fit rather deep*
87mm - EGO
90mm - Menards Master Force
96mm - Toro

Thanks for customizing it for me and others with a Toro. It printed really well and the support came off cleanly with Bambu PETG basic.

I uploaded a 45mm version which should fit easily over that (maybe a little loose, but you could shim that with tape if necessary). You will also want to probably tape the duct on. Most other versions have a taper and you can press fit them on, but the shown uses a twist lock connection. It would take lots of measurements and modeling to make that work as OEM. But taping it on is quick and simple. Finally, in all the profiles I have removed the support in the neck region because the geometry made it possible to be printed without it and that support tower is quite a lot of material. This narrow version might be pushing the limit though and you may see layer drooping.

Correct. Hopefully the 45 still works with that taper! You could scale it slightly as well to make it fit.

Works great. I printed the 85mm for my WORX Leaf blower. I had to do a little modifications on the end of the blower. There was a piece I had to file down to make it fit now I just need to print the opposite side.

Glad it worked for you and thanks for letting us know what size for what blower! For what it's worth, I only did one side. Blew everything one direction and then just hand scooped out whatever accumulated on the end.

Love this model. Printed nicely. used it as soon as I got it off the plate. worked perfectly. Thanks for the easy solution to a mundane, yet important problem.

I wasn't 100% sure with my tapered blower so I drew my own. 100% ripoff of yours so it counts as a print! Has some issues on my end with using support inside the arch, not sure my printer would have made it without them but they were a pain to get off!

Trying to download the stls and yeah, the files just have both exhaust vents...

Download the 3mf file. Some have both versions (left and right), but one version is suppressed in the plate. When you click slice plate, only one of them will be sliced. I removed any STLs for clarity.

I think I just found an STL that works! Also, for clarity, have people make their own right vs left, they can just mirror it :)

I added an 85mm (instead of 86mm based on feedback) and made it small enough for a 220mm volume without splitting it up. Saves you the effort of having to glue them together. You should be able to use one of the "85mm Left/Right - 220mm volume" profiles.

hey! was looking exactly for this model, thanks so much for sharing.. the 2 profiles you added for the 86mm seem to both have a left and right exhaust path. is that supposed to be like that? also, if I can, ask for a 87mm ID option to fit the EGO brand of electric blowers, that would be awesome!

I had both model configurations in the same file, then suppressed one version, then saved the 3mf. When you click "slice plate" only one will be sliced. I should be able to add a 87mm version this weekend. *Added*
