Rigid Tow Bar for BIG Bobby Car & Ride-ons

Take your kids' playtime to the next level with this custom-designed Tow Bar for BIG Bobby Cars. Whether it's a "breakdown" in the garden or just a fun convoy, this rigid tow bar connects two ride-on toys securely.

The bar is designed to fit the standard front and rear hitch points of the classic BIG Bobby Car (and many similar models). It is long enough to provide a safe distance between the two cars while being rigid enough to prevent the second car from bumping into the first one when stopping.

Printing Instructions:

• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS are highly recommended for their strength and outdoor durability. PLA can work but may be more brittle under stress.
• Orientation: Print it flat on the build plate for maximum structural strength along the length of the bar.
• Walls/Perimeters: Use 5-6 perimeters! This is the most important setting to ensure the bar doesn't snap at the holes.
• Infill: 40% or higher (Gyroid or Grid).
• Supports: No supports needed.
