Vertical Mobility Roller for Concept2 RowErg
Print Profile(1)

Description
Necessary extras:
1x m8 bolt (or threaded rod/stud) 10cm and nut(s)
1x m6 bolt at least 32mm and nut
(I actually didn't have a m6 bolt so I improvised with a m3x32mm bolt and washers)
2x 608 type bearings
A 3D-printed add-on that attaches to the Concept2 RowErg’s front,
letting the machine roll while standing vertically.
Ideal for tight spaces where the standard 45° tilt wheels are useless.
The machine remains stable when parked vertically.
Installing the roller mount on the rower can be tricky.
Take a few breaths. You got this. It's no rocket science.
To make reaching inside the frame easier you can remove the plastic bottom cover
to reveal the inside of the frame.

If you remove the regular cover you will find
there's a little hook that holds onto the shaft of the front pulley.

At no point do you need to mess in any way with the chain, pulleys or bunjee cord!
Doing so is not recommended as it might be a headache to put it back together again.
Just attach the roller mount to the hook and the hook on the front pulley shaft.
Putting the roller together is pretty simple and intuitive.
Good luck!
I hope you enjoy this
