Description

A fully custom-built 650Wh portable power station — designed, 3D printed, and hand-assembled from scratch!

⚙️ Main Components:
• Battery: 7S10P pack using 70x 18650 cells (2500mAh each, total 650Wh, 29.4V)
• Inverter: 600W pure sine wave, 220V AC output
• BMS: 7S 80A protection board
• Cooling: 2x 80mm fans with protective mesh grilles
• Case: Custom 3D printed box with stainless steel carry handle
• Switches: 3x 16mm illuminated push buttons (USB, 12V DC, AC)
• Outputs: 3x AC sockets (220V), 1x 12V DC car socket, USB PD 100W + 60W + 15W + 18W
• Input: DC charging port
• Display: Power meter with battery percentage and output wattage
