Description
I printed this because the metal clip that came with the opener was rattling like crazy and it was driving me absolutely bonkers.
Model is in recommended print orientation. Print in ASA! I have had this in my car for two years in heat and cold and it's still working just fine! ABS would work too but would break down over time if exposed to sunlight.
Use tree supports for the top section. 100% infill. Consider printing very slow to allow the layers time to cool or use a fan profile based on layer time.
Tested to fit in 2022+ Honda civic visors. Should work in many vehicles. I can make it parametric for different visor sizes if there's enough interest.
