Description
Since I didn’t want to remove all the bolts every time I needed to cut or engrave larger parts, I designed a quick-release system.
Now I can just slide the locks to the side and easily remove the front lid in no time. 😎
M5 threads need to be cut into the printed part.
You can use shorter M5 bolts to attach the printed housing to the front lid, or trim them down to a maximum thread length of about 14mm.
And of course you need to print two of them 😉
Hopefully, this will be helpful for other Monport Laser owners too.
