Kugoo G-Booster Dual Seat with Under-Seat Storage

This is a custom-designed dual seat for the Kugoo G-Booster electric scooter, optimized for strong PETG 3D printing. The seat provides comfortable space for two riders — perfect for picking up kids from school or kindergarten.
It features an integrated under-seat storage compartment, ideal for carrying small items, tools, or personal belongings.

The model includes durable geometry, reinforced connection points, and is suitable for both daily commuting and family rides.
Tested in real use with two passengers and fits securely on the scooter frame.

For assembly, I used 4×25 mm bolts to connect the printed parts and additionally reinforced all joints using sealant adhesive for improved durability.
I also recommend attaching the seat base to the scooter using silicone sealant plus bolts. The sealant helps distribute the load evenly across the mounting surface and prevents stress fractures in the plastic around the attachment points.
