Description
This model is a complementary base mold used with the Lockfan bamboo hot dart device, combining dart heating, extraction, and storage functions through the cooperation of the base and the spacer block.
Insert the spacer block into the base, then place the hot dart device on it to load darts. After loading, the base and spacer block can be removed, or placed together in an air fryer for heating. When placed together, the base and spacer block form a smooth surface, and the base inserts into the tail of the soft dart, which can regularize the shape and enhance airtightness.
After the darts are heated and cooled, pull out the spacer block, forcefully insert the base into the hot dart device containing the soft darts to push out the heated foam darts and complete the extraction.
On weekdays, foam darts can also be inserted into the base for storage, to ensure the integrity of the foam dart's bottom hole shape and maintain airtightness.
- It should be printed with relatively heat-resistant materials, such as ABS and ASA. Considering that this model has a large flat bottom surface, it is highly recommended to print with high-temperature resistant PLA, as its shrinkage and warping are much smaller than ABS/ASA, and the printing difficulty is very low, with no chamber temperature insulation requirements.
- Please adjust the scaling appropriately according to the shrinkage rate of your commonly used filament, and it needs to be the same as the hot dart device's scaling.
